Shipping Policy for Live Exotic Birds

We take great care in ensuring the safe and humane transportation of our birds. Please review our shipping policy carefully before inquiring about bird adoption.

In-Person Pickup
Customers located in Texas have the option to pick up their birds in person. If you prefer this option, please contact us in advance to arrange a pickup time and location.

Shipping for Out-of-State Customers
We ship only to out-of-state customers via Delta Animal Cargo to the airport closest to you. Birds are shipped as Live Animal Cargo in compliance with all federal regulations. We do not ship via USPS, as it is against federal law to transport live exotic birds through postal services.
Shipping Fees

The shipping fee is $195, which includes both the shipping cost and an approved shipping carrier.

Shipping is available to any airport that Delta Airlines services.

​For booking purposes, we require the name, address, and phone number of the person picking up the bird from the airport.

Shipping Timeframe

We ship within 5 (FIVE) business days after payment has cleared.

We will provide tracking and flight details once the shipment has been booked.
Temperature Restrictions
For the health and safety of the birds, Delta Airlines does not ship live animals when the temperature exceeds 80°F (27°C) or falls below 20°F (-7°C) at any point in the journey. This includes the departure, layover, and destination airports. Please be aware of weather conditions and potential delays during extreme temperatures.
